Sleep rhythm is pretty stabilized right now. Feeling kinda sick; feverish. Working on picking good habits back up.

It’s already been over a week since he left, but my grandpa was here for a couple of days. It’s about half a day of travel between my hometown and here, mostly thanks to high speed rail. He’s 78 now. He got lost walking 450m down the road from his metro exit going back to his hotel; blood runs deep, for I inherited those same navigational skills.
